4GB ram on Windows is definitely not a good idea. But this is pretty snappy if you put on a cleaned up version of windows 11 (less bloatware and less background processes) like "Tiny 11". ETA Prime on YouTube showcases the potential of this.

Cannot upgrade the ram but you can add a ssd. If you like to tinker then installing Tiny11, a stripped down version of windows 11, would make this laptop a beast. The video answers most if not all questions or concerns about this laptop.

Picked this up in store and am pleasantly surprised. It's not snappy by any means but it's perfectly reasonable for internet browsing, Word, Excel, etc.

You can easily install MX Linux on this and have far less read/writes than Windows, thereby getting far snappier performance.

This is a candidate for a dual boot with TIny11 and MX Linux, for sure. And since M2 NVME SSD's are so affordable now; even a 128GB would easily fit both OS's and be very fast. Excellent battery performance as well.
