Can't find any info on their site, but most likely NO on both ram and storage. Now I am confused on walmart listing, is it emmc or ssd? Although I am leaning towards eMMC, eMMC is like flash drives not comparable to SSD.

Come on you can't call it Chromebook, compare to Chromebook these laptops are way easier to make into a Linux machine which is way more capable of running on the spec than windows 10, 11.
I am still puzzled why MS ditch Win7.

Install Linux such as Ubuntu, Zorin, Mint on it I can say more than just that especially with the cpu better than N4020.
