I returned the free ryobi tool and have the impact. I ended up spending 49 plus tax on it. Still thinking if I should return it or not. The battery itself would be $50.

I personally would. Brushless and I'm assuming higher voltage is really nice. I'm not a fan of roybi. I personally prefer Milwaukee but at this price this deal is no contest in terms of value.

Need to consider getting battery adapters so you can use your M18 packs on others brand's tools. Opens up the world.

FYI you can go the other way and run Rigid lifetime warranty batteries on your M18 tools with an adapter.

The torque test channel review of this impact puts it on par with Milwaukee M18 mid torque impacts: https://youtu.be/3nXYV_y0gjU

This is a stellar deal and perfect timing for me trying to loosen a Honda K series crank pulley bolt that I've already worn out two lesser impacts and broke an extension using a 25" breaker bar with no luck. I even used a weighted impact socket, heat, and penetrating oil, so here's hoping this RIDGID can get the job done without rounding the bolt head.

You need a high torque for that. Take it from someone who's got his first Honda in 2006 haha. Used to use like a 8 foot pipe on a breaker bar. But the tool to hold the crank pulley is also a god-send.

DTO had the octane high torque for like 100 shipped. I got it last week and got this deal to round all pretty much most of the electric tools I'll ever need lol

You're not going to loosen it with this mid torque, I tried it with the fat socket and it still wouldnt budge. High torque with the fat socket will loosen it in about 3 seconds. There was one person that mentioned that they got it off with it, so maybe you'll get lucky. You're definitely going to need to get the fat 19 mm socket though.
