With the coupon code PRESDAY20 for 20% off, the recently released Ecoflow Delta2 LiFePO4 is back on sale at $799 after coupon.
https://www.ebay.com/itm/14470540...BMuL6lkMxh
Even better deal is the bundle with Ecoflow 220W bifacial solar panel that you can double dip with their $350 off and coupon ($1299 before 20% off coupon). Final cost after coupon is $1039.2. So it is $240 for adding the 220W bifacial solar panel which is usually >$350 when it is on sale.
https://www.ebay.com/itm/14480214...7056681580
This bundle is currently on sale for $1299 at Amazon and $1399 at Ecoflow. It is also much cheaper than the previous deal.

Extra battery is also eligible to the 20% off making it $640 (cf $760 at Homedepot).
The seller is EcoFlow and it has 5 year warranty on these LiFePO4 powerstations.

I have an Ecoflow River Pro that works fine, but the Delta 2 has a lot of issues.

However there is one critical caveat: the coupon is Ebay issued for a range of items/brands. The seller jacked up the underlying item price for both of these (both power and the bundle) to compensate for the coupon, if you look at the price history (https://www.ebay.com/bin/purchase...4281
These types of coupons use Ebay funds so this is a pure profit play for the seller, pretty (or very) scummy for the official Ecoflow account. They even advertise this as if it is "their sale" and promote the "after coupon price" on their listings, which is particularly deceiving.
Price history:
Powerstation: https://www.ebay.com/bin/purchase...4281
Powerstation + panel: https://www.ebay.com/bin/purchase...4281
For a bonus example of some price shenanigans, Look at this 220w refurbished panel: https://www.ebay.com/bin/purchase...4281
They jacked up the price to $419 on the 15th but then there were many sales on the 16th at $219, but it was not reproducible - the listing was always $419 for me. I was wondering if my browser was messed up or something:
The panel price would've been amazing but I wonder if it was ever public. Did anyone reproduce it?
Ecoflow makes decent/good products (their powerstations have been good for me and their panels have matched their rated output), but this is a pretty shady move. Some other Ebay retailers do this too with the price raises during coupons, but Ecoflow has been particularly egregious.
However there are two critical caveats: first, these are refurbished units. So we should compare against prices for refubs, not the new units the OP is comparing against.
Second, the coupon is Ebay issued for a range of items/brands. The seller jacked up the underlying item price for both of these (both power and the bundle) to compensate for the coupon, if you look at the price histories for the refurbished powerstation, the price was actually lower without any coupon in January ($759). The coupon came into effect on Feb 15th.

For a bonus example of some price shenanigans, check out the pricing of the 220w refurbished panel. $759, its on the price history for this exact item number. (as listed here: https://www.ebay.com/itm/144705407256)
And you are right, this is the direct seller, which makes it all the more shady with their price practices, it's not like it's some third party seller trying to grind out some extra profit.
My mistake on the refurbished, there have been several posts of this exact item with the exact same price but refurbished, from the same seller across the site in the past 48 hours, so I personally have been wary:

$759
The last reported transaction price (aside from the obscure "special offers") was $759. Did you have data on the price before the Ebay coupon to suggest otherwise? Saying "you didn't see them hike it" or referencing prices further in the past isn't conclusive information.
RE: "Everyone has a sale, and very often they can't have that sale price and a coupon very understandable." they don't pay anything for the coupon, it's entirely funded by the marketplace (ebay). Other retailers do the "jack up the price during an ebay coupon" too, like BuyDig, but at least they don't do it to nearly this extent.
The "normal" price for this item is $899, as demonstrated on Wellbots here: https://www.wellbots.co
Finally, the Delta 2 has gone on sale with a 160w panel as low as $879/$899, it was at this price for much of the holiday season last year. I've followed the pricing on this item very closely for a while now.

Which one would you prefer if you spend another $400 on this Delta 2 + 220W bifacial panel deal
Which one would you prefer if you spend another $400 on this Delta 2 + 220W bifacial panel deal
The previous deal is a significantly better value for the price ($/kWh and $/Watt). This one is an okay value, I would anticipate the prices on both to drop more over the coming year. I would only get this if you really need the LFP battery.
Which one would you prefer if you spend another $400 on this Delta 2 + 220W bifacial panel deal
Capacity: 882Wh ($0.566/Wh)
AC input: 900W
Solar input: 300W
NCM (800 cycles)
Delta 2 ($800):
Capacity: 1000Wh ($0.8/Wh)
AC input: 1200W
Solar input: 500W
LFP (3000 cycles)
In what world is this "much faster charging"? Moreover, in general these systems operate at 0-80% in 1 hr to keep the C rate in check and prevent damage from high charge rates, so the most you can get is 80% in 1 hr (which is still very good for portable batteries). Peak rate you're only getting for a short time.
LFP matters if you do a full cycle daily for 10 years. Unless you truly need that (which in that case you'd build/buy an actual home battery system, not this, which is way too overpriced for that use), you need to be realistic about the applications.
For serious off-grid vanlifers who are charging this everyday and then working off the grid, then it could be worth it. But even then it's probably better going with more cost-effective portable battery systems (even EcoFlow's larger batteries are cheaper and better that way).

You're not hitting those rates for any time beyond 10 minutes or sol. Even Ecoflow themselves only advertise 0-80% in 1 hr or so, because pushing 1200W or 900W continuously will destroy the destroy the battery. period lol
