So I've found that you don't even need to create a second account to get another $20 off - after ordering the first with my $12 Chase IHG offer, I logged out and logged back in and found myself now able to browse their items...I added the backpack again along with a hat and, and my cart again reflected the $20 off, so checked out with my Amex this time.
So I'm guessing that the $20 might be in there until it's applied to one of their boxes.
They're very lightweight and not bulky at all. I have a little walk from a parking garage to work and hated lugging around a heavy tote but this pack makes life so much easier. I also love the color selection. Wore mine in the rain today and the rain didn't soak through, so that was nice. I have 2 of their backpacks now.

Thanks! Was able to get TNF Recon
With a side zip front dump compartment, doesn't small stuff get oddly jumbled and then spill out when zipped open?
It does look sharp, but wondering about functionality. Seems more about the cachet than usability.
Like the one that looks like a backpack but people seem to hand carry them like a brown paper grocery bag. And comes in different sizes with uncomfortable looking shoulder straps.
I'm still tempted to buy them, but wonder what the draw is.
