This was my first time ordering from StitchFix and I created an account, but I only ordered this backpack not the whole pick out clothes for you thing. When I checked out it automatically applied a $20 coupon for being a first time user I imagine bringing it down to 41.97 and free shipping. They have a few Fjallraven things on clearance and this bag is pretty nice I received it today and it's brand new.

Same and after i ordered it I couldn't see it again without logging out. I was just google searching backpacks
Ah, well great find!

So I've found that you don't even need to create a second account to get another $20 off - after ordering the first with my $12 Chase IHG offer, I logged out and logged back in and found myself now able to browse their items...I added the backpack again along with a hat and, and my cart again reflected the $20 off, so checked out with my Amex this time.

So I'm guessing that the $20 might be in there until it's applied to one of their boxes.

Anything special about this backpack?

They're very lightweight and not bulky at all. I have a little walk from a parking garage to work and hated lugging around a heavy tote but this pack makes life so much easier. I also love the color selection. Wore mine in the rain today and the rain didn't soak through, so that was nice. I have 2 of their backpacks now.

Also worth checking Chase, Wells Fargo, and/or USBank cards for a $12 Stitch fix offer if you don't have the Amex Offer. 5 days left on the offer and should work for this.
In addition to these cards, worth checking if you have a Citi card too -- I saw that my Citi card has $25 back from $50 for Stitch Fix -- added a trucker hat to get above $50 so the total will come to $32 plus tax.

If you have a Wells Fargo credit card check for $12 cashback promo by using your wells to pay.

It says 1 left in stock after I placed my order. Interested to see if my order will be canceled due to lack of inventory.

I'm here to also ask the same question. There doesn't seem to be much organization. Their site lists 5 pockets, which would be 2 bottle pockets, large main compartment, front side zip compartment and is it the laptop sleeve? Or a mesh zip sewn into the top of main compartment?

With a side zip front dump compartment, doesn't small stuff get oddly jumbled and then spill out when zipped open?

It does look sharp, but wondering about functionality. Seems more about the cachet than usability.

Like the one that looks like a backpack but people seem to hand carry them like a brown paper grocery bag. And comes in different sizes with uncomfortable looking shoulder straps.

I'm still tempted to buy them, but wonder what the draw is.

I did the same. Created 2 accounts and paid via Amex. Also used some CB site which says $9 CB on first order. If all goes according to plan, both of these would be around $46 all in. Fingers crossed. Needed a good backpack as my UA one is showing age. Also have $12 off $12 and can order another recon one for $27 which in itself is solid deal. Will pass on that though.
nicely done! yea i keep on thinking i should get an AMEX card. Have chase so go the 12 off of 12. Totally didn't look into the CB sites, one offered the $9 and another acutally was 20% cashback (though usually pretty strict with promotions so not sure if that would've gone through). Pretty happy with the deal!

THere is a great pack hacker review on this pack. It is meant to be a minimalist EDC/maybe hiking pack. That's why there is just one large pocket for storing hiking stuff, and then a simple laptop sleeve area for those with tech EDC's. The money you are spending is on the aesthetic, sustainability, and also the material itself. That's why I got the Recon and this, so i can use this for daily EDC and short hiking trips or day trips while the Recon (larger/bulkier, more pockets) can be used for when i need to carry more stuff to the office or going on a multi day trip. Hope this helps!
