Confusing, yes, but I'll spell it out. If your Gmail address is "[email protected]", you can input "[email protected]". This way, BJ's sees it as a new email address for the deal but any emails would still go to your email address. Then you can also use "[email protected]", and that way all email will go to your Gmail but BJs will see it as two different email addresses.
Personally, I have all my store email addresses set up like this. "[email protected]", "[email protected]", "[email protected]", and so on.
That way if one of the sites has a hack and I start getting a bunch of spam, I'll know who to curse to the depths of Satan's butthole.

My membership expires in 4 weeks. I'll wait until the last minute hoping they sweeten the pot like last year with $60 in $10 monthly credit savings.
I dont and haven't had a Sams Club membership. There isn't one near me.
Costco tends to be a zoo. Not worth the aggravation.
Just wish there was a BJs gas station in my state and close by.
