Becareful, Youtube counterfeit dewalt batteries, plastic and casing looks exactly the same but the inners are inferior batteries

Hey bud go check out the multi tool at Lowe's they have a killer deal on the 12v you get a "gift" of two batteries and the 12volt charger at the price of the tool ($129)

There is also an official Dewalt adapter, but forget if it lets 20v batteries work on 12v tools or the reverse.

This is only true for low output 18650 based batteries (which have also gotten more expensive, I have to point out). These 6.0 are higher output 21700 based and I find $12.50/Ah is about a good target price for those. This is pretty close.

I recently got a couple 5ah from eBay for $70, and they are no doubt legit. I have been using them for weeks and they have barely needed a recharge. I am sure all this depends on the seller of course; this one had great reviews.

As much as I love Dewalt tools, I bought 2 off brand 6AH batteries for half of what these cost and they've been running great. Power the hungrier devices extremely long. As good as these? Maybe not but I'm not doing contractor level stuff, batteries shouldn't be this expensive imo.

Im not saying all is fake, but it's definitely a gamble. Only way to tell is if you open up the case and check the batteries
