Bought this when it was on woot for 65ish right before winter. It's the biggest waste of money.

Great deal if you need the 5ah battery which costs more. I also bought $65 Woot deal and like it for side walk and patio.

I have the corded version, which I like just fine, but can't imagine it'd be very useful when powered by a drill battery.

Bought the SS11 version on Woot little bit ago. It survived Minnesota snow just fine. The motor is only 400w, so it is for sure not for heavy duty. You will need a real snow blower for heavy snow. I use it to clean a path in the back yard for dogs, also clean my driveway with fluffy snow or little snow,

My biggest complain is the width, it will save your back shoving, but it will take much later than shoving. Also Build quantity is just meh. Shot some WD40 to the bearing will help the squeaking noise.

I can't disagree more. I use it on a regular basis on our decks, and our dog run in our backyard. I have to make a few sweeps once high and once down on deep parts, but its still much easier on my back than a traditional shovel. AND THIS IS IN NORTH DAKOTA (we are under a blizzard warning now)

I did buy a 2nd battery, which was probably a little overkill, I don't think I have run out of charge during my use, but I thought I would continue with the ecosystem. I bought a power cleaner that uses the same battery so far.

Office when it was on Woot and I got it for around this price $61. And live in the Portland Oregon area. Three times since then as live at the 1000 foot level. It snowed here last night and we got just over 12 inches and it was slightly drifting. I just used it this morning on my double car driveway and the front deck and porch and the back deck and porch and it's only gone down one dot on the battery. Maybe I cheated slightly, but I did WD-40 the inside of the thrower, so the snow would fly out better, but I did that when I lived in the east coast of Canada, and had a full-size gas snowthrower.
Was able to use it to get the snow off the back of my truck and they're there was easily one and a half feet of snow

Was definitely a great buy for the price
