I'm not sure if this is the official stance, but I always assumed these were for hangover recovery. Honestly I prefer to drink one of these BEFORE a night of drinking. I noticed many years ago, whenever I drank one of these before drinking, I felt much better in the morning. I did a deep dive into the ingredients and compare and contrasted what this had that other energy drinks I was "pregaming" with at the time didn't and identified Milk Thistle as one of the ingredients. Did more digging, turns out Milk Thistle is often used as a homeopathic way to reduce liver inflammation. Concluded it was the Milk Thistle that was helping reduce hangover. Since then I've just bought MT extract and take it the night of drinking.

That being said, I actually like these and they're easy to drink, so in4one, thanks OP.
