I have both. The LG is much quieter. 2 batteries with LG is nice. I have the fluffy head for Dyson but not LG. On carpets they are equal. Ive dealt with Dyson before on warrenty and ghey were good. No idea how LG would be. I would buy either again. If you could find a V10 for same price, I would pick Dyson. If the LG is cheaper, I would pick LG.

Still using a Shark IoN that I scooped almost 3 years ago for $80 from BestBuy. Works great, no complaints. I imagine this one here is incrementally better.

I own it, bought it last year, works real good, again just keep in mind that IF on turbo mode, battery will only last about 12 minutes, but again it's not meant to replace your standard whole house vacuum, I would imagine. Good price

I bought an A9 last year, I like the idea of 2 batteries (reason for my purchase) but if you are handy, you can easily retrofit your Dyson to run your power tool batteries. I like the A9, does a great job on my hardwood but if I can do it again, I would go Dyson only because the 3rd party accessories are more readily available if you can't stomach the $100+ OEM accessories. Other than that, this is about $50 more than the price I paid for refurbished.
