i called about an hour ago, and some agent totally screwed up my account, locked me out and activated the new phone without first confirming with me. but second rep fixed everything....only wasted 2 hours LOL

So I had to call Tracfone. They fixed it in less than 5 minutes and said it is a common problem and there is bug in the system. So check your minutes and ending service date before you activate and be sure they were added after activation.
If you call, call Customer Service. They know about the problem with QVC & HSN phones that comes with minutes and 1 year of service.

After you clicked the button to actually buy it, that is when they realized you didn't have the browser extension installed. Javascript code running in the web browser determined this.
