I am interested in this product. I'm a little disappointed that it only has 8GB of VRAM, but $1938 including tax seems like a good price.
However, I've heard that I should avoid Dell laptops with the "Advanced Optimus" feature, so I'm curious to hear from people who have actually used it.

You can buy the legion 5i pro for 1400 plus tax, i7 12700H, 3070 ti 150w, the designs of alienware is beautiful but Lenovo it's best price and all most same performance

Its's quite expensive, but I bought it yesterday with insurance Plus. I just want to believe Dell's services.

Other people are telling me that this laptop's performance is really nice but the price/performance ratio is quite expensive. But still I just want to use this laptop for my work and games.

I'd never use gaming laptop before, but I hope this laptop change my mind!

This is a CRAZY Good Deal! Thanks for posting! I bought it yesterday. My total cost was $1967 shipped. This price is below the price of a lesser equipped model with i7 on Amazon and Best Buy that are $1999 each plus tax. Nothing touches this deal, even among competing brands, but some do come close, but not with freakin i9 CPU and 3080 GPU.

Did you bought the warrenty? I am thinking about buy one that covers 2 years.

I did not buy the extended warranty. I'm a professional PC service tech and am capable of servicing the machine after warranty if needed.

However... I just received the unit today and there is a red vertical line through the screen and broken white line horizontally across the bottom of the screen at first bootup. SO, kinda questioning where Alienware's QC went since I bought my last one in 2016 (Alienware 17 R3). Buying extended warranty may be warranted. I'm contacting Dell for a replacement today. Buyer beware. Not a happy customer as yet, but let's see how their Customer Service goes.
