The only thing better than fabric with regards to the bandage actually staying adhered is Nexcare waterproof which has a very thin plastic backing.

The Amazon brand ones I found better than band-aids -- thicker padding, better adhesive, and easier to open.

If I remember correctly you can get like a lifetime worth of bandages from Costco for $10 or something.

They DO dry out eventually, meaning the adhesive goes bad, and the fabric might crack

I don't experience that. S&S behaves the same for me now as it has for years. I would get 15% for the first S&S shipment of this item if I were to add it.

That's only true if you opt to get your first shipment immediately. You get the full 15% if it ships with your monthly S&S items.
