come it says "Shop with confidence." right on their Authorized Brands page!!!!
(then clearly doesn't have an XFX or NVidia logo) https://www.aaawave.com/authorized-brands/

"Returns Policy
All products sold by AAAwave.com are brand new and carry the manufacturer's full warranty. All products advertised as BULK or OEM are brand new and carry the manufacturer's full warranty."
and this, they sure don't want your returns...
"Extra Charge
There is a restocking fee of 15% on all returns for refund. We charge this 15% restocking fee for all returns for refund to encourage customers to purchase products they intend to keep. "Customer's Duty

Lol, im like the opposite. I went AMD gpu recently from nvidia, and man the Adrenalin software is so, so much better than nvidia control panel. So much sleeker and professional looking, with more customizing and tailoring your card to do exactly what you want it to, whereas nvidia control panel looked like it was made by 3 dudes in a basement 15 years ago, with barely anything to customize.

How difficult is it to upgrade a PC from 6900XT to 7900 XTX? Any experts?
Not that difficult. Account for another PCI-Express power cable and if you want run DDU in safe mode, go into settings, prevent Windows update driver injection, perform a clean slate, reboot, install latest driver package. I've also noticed that my reference XTX really likes HDR mode. Zero driver timeouts
