2) One is placed in the PS3 and the other is not opened. I wouldn't classify them as junk.
3) Due to the fact that Amazon does not allow me to do price matching / refunds, and the SSDs purchased last week are somewhat in use... the plan is to wait for these identical items to come in and instantly open a return with the higher value order... and shipping the ones I just received back. Easy $22 back to me.
Sure, It's time consuming... but hey, it's what Amazon wants. I've been on too many calls in the past where Amazon Support is useless. No need to call them if this is ultimately the easier option out of the two. "Time to buy these and return the others": I'm going to have 4 identical items; 2 of which not used. Return the 2 unused.
