You don't need to abstain from it lol, it only messes with your hormone levels (slightly) if you intake a lot, as others have mentioned. Don't get influenced by soyboy memes, do your own research

Good price but you aren't buying this for the protein content…it's basically an added bonus to the other benefits. 2 scoops = 15g of protein, 13 total servings per container

True, the amount of calories vs grams of protein you get isn't worth it. There are many other protein powders where you can get at least 20 grams of protein for 120 calories.

Yes. I did not realize that. Too bad because it was a great deal. I had to cancel my order. It seems dumb to do a proteim mix with soy, tell people to mix it with a vegetarian milk, but then put an animal product in it.
