If you're a man you don't want soy in your diet...
You are correct, though it applies to women as much as men... no soy for either.
As for the soy comments, soy is bad for men, isn't great for women. You do need a "significant amount", but what is that amount? If you look in your cabinets, you are likely to find most things you eat have it. I started really looking at ingredient labels the last couple of years, and it is hard to find anything in the states that doesn't have soy and/or bioengineered ingredients, both of which are bad. And it does add up.
But we are allowed to believe what we want to believe, especially when research is ongoing.
