Great price but not gonna buy this one for a few reasons...

1. White instead of black. (personal preference is black)
2. Cheapest looking and most featureless case I've seen in a long time. (check out the photos on Costco and you'll see what I mean)
3. 32GB RAM instead of 64GB.
4. Win 11 Home instead of Win 11 Pro. (doesn't cost much to upgrade though... between $10 and $99 depending on where you buy the Pro upgrade license)

I'd also rather drop the extra dough for a rig that has a 4090.

I have to imagine this product wouldn't have ever been targeted at your with your desires being so different ^^ I am looking for a 4090 as well, but I think that this is still a good deal nonetheless.

You can do better if you have a Micro Center nearby and take advantage of the $600 motherboard, processor, RAM bundle deal.
I'm not sure if you're trolling 95 percent of the people who don't have a Microcenter nearby...

Whenever I see this statement about microcenter bundles in a thread, you might as well say,

"You can do better by getting a job at your local Bestbuy, get an employee discount on a graphics card, quit, then get a job at Office Depot, buy the Memory, quit, and then build a time machine, single handedly save ;Fry's Electronics' from going out of business... and then petition them to build a store near you, buy the rest of the parts there. Then you can really save some money on an equivalent system! You're welcome!"

The above statement is just as helpful as "Go to Microcenter!"

Not to mention the price difference is not all that much. Once you buy all of the components to match this Cyberpower build, you are up to around $2300 - $2400. The GPU cost $1200 on its own. And then you have to build the thing and hope it all works. By the time you figure in the time spent getting all the parts, the gas money and your time building it all, you really havent come out ahead.

looks to be $2300 to build similar system so paying them $200 to build it.

CPU $398
Liquid 240mm Cooler $55
Z790 $195
32GB DDR5 $100
2TB NVMe $100
2TB HDD $34
4080 $1200
Case $60
1000W PSU $160

Total $2300 without windows key or $2800 could have 4090 build and get full 3 year+ warranty on most parts.

Sounds worthwhile to me. When you build something, it's just a lottery. "Am I going to get one piece that doesn't work? Two pieces?". Am I going to have to spend hours trying to figure out some hokie memories settings?

Would be hot if this was a 4090.

This is basically standard market price.

I'm hoping more people might weigh in now that this is back... I have been looking for a prebuilt deal I like since last fall and am running out of patience. Lately I've been looking for a 4070Ti system deal (mostly for cost), but this seems pretty tempting esp. for Costco's warranty and return policy.

The ~$200 premium over the individual parts seems attractive to me (and better than 'market price' if we're talking prebuilt comparisons), unless there's a dramatic drop in pricing in the near future. Which - maybe? - but I've been thinking that for 6+ months now too... any other thoughts?

Just a note here, I bought this ... everything worked great for all of 3 days until the NVME drive failed suddenly. Their support wanted me to pay to ship the drive to them and then they would send a replacement. Not worth the hassle. I was impressed with the overall quality but the component quality lacks points. For instance, the MOBO was built in 2020 according to the bios. All that said and I would have kept it and felt comfortable buying from them since it is backed by Costco, whereas otherwise I definitely would not have.
