To reiterate to the guy asking, a 3060 is perfectly good and will last many years.
I'm still running a 1060 3gb and outside of the absolute most demanding games, I'm still playing at 30+ fps at 1080p. So please, stop spewing nonsense.

Couple of questions:
Memory configuration? I'm assuming 2 x 8 GB, but couldn't find any information in the listing. I like my chrome tabs, so I'm thinking of upgrading to 32 GB, so if the config was 1 x 16 GB it would save me a little.
Charging via USB? Again, assuming no, but worth asking. The last two laptops I've bought have run into issues with the charging port fairly early on, and the price for getting that repaired is no fun. I am glad to see a 2 year warranty included at least; that being said...
Anyone have any experience with Allstate Warranties? If something happens to this laptop, are we talking a few weeks or a few months for service?

I have a laptop with a 5800H and a 3050ti.
My main desktop (up until last week) was an i7 7700k with an evga gtx1060 ssc 6gb.
My laptop slightly outperforms my desktop in most games.
On my desktop, I can play just about any game at 1080p and at a high fps with decent quality settings. The only game I've actually had trouble with is Star Citizen... and that's because it's pre-release and not optimized. It mostly relies on a decent CPU which my 7700k just cannot handle.
That said, the 3060 in this laptop is leaps and bounds better than my 3050ti with no MUX switch.
So yes, tl;dr, at 1080p... I think this 3060 packs a punch and will satisfy most people's needs. If you want the best... then why would you even consider a $800 refurb? If you're looking for bang for your buck... this is a fair deal, and I would think that the vast majority of people will not be disappointed.
