The handle material is G10, you can Rit dye it to any color for non-black part.

Mine showed up. It is indeed very light. It's not just G10 scales, the handle is entirely G10. Has its uses as light duty & sharp. Steel looks good. I don't love it. I don't hate it either.

I wasn't prepared for exactly HOW hideous the tuxedo color grips would be 😂, it's definitely discontinued on the website now since they sold out their stock... Time to experiment with RIT dye, make it either all black, or try and gun metal color to contrast the black. Love the knife, great deal yet! Definitely would prefer aluminum scales.

I'm in the same boat with the color and seemed rather light, but actually it's growing on me, I just call it my Storm Trooper knife and now I'm happy with it. All my other knives are definitely heavier and I sort of like how lightweight it is, until I forget it's in my pocket and I wash it!
