Please keep in mind that the new Zelda OLED system will be announced on 3/10. It's going to be $60 more than this deal but you're getting a brand new console which will have a much higher resale value.

If they follow the same pattern as previous special editions it won't be available for sale until a week or two before the release of the new Zelda (May 12).
Expect it to be sold out instantly everywhere. You'll need a bot or be informed by a bot + be really lucky to find one during the initial release. And after that... who knows when they'll have a resupply... Nintendo is notorious for not supplying enough hot items. The N64 Switch controller is still constantly sold out after being released over a year.
With that said this is a bad deal. Only like 14% off for being a refurbished console? That sucks. Lowered resale value, higher change of issues, only 90 day warranty. Wait for a a different deal.
If you already spending 300.00, why not spend 50 bucks more to get it brand new and with a 1 year warranty. IMO a refurb product with just a 90 day warranty should be a bit more cheaper then just 50 bucks.
I remember buying the first gen switch $280 refurb back In 2019. Back then was thinking man, is it really worth it if they make a new model. It's 2023 and we are still selling it at new price.

Source? Multiple gaming articles recently confirmed the Zelda OLED switch pics were fake so not sure if your post is just another rumor or from an official site.

It's still a rumor, makes for a good YouTube clickbait title though I've noticed. I have seen nothing official, even if there really is a new SKU coming March 10 it could be the Mario bundle we've also seen rumored to be a thing.

Yep, l just googled it and that lead me to a reddit thread. The OP in that thread just screen grabbed from that YouTube video about the new GameStop SKU. So yeah just another rumor. Funny the YouTuber also mentioned about the Master edition.

OLED is $349.99, and Nintendo Refurbs are usually solid. So you are saving around $50 off the retail cost of a new system.
I think it's worth the extra for the new console with the 1 year warranty.

Pretty sure you get no warranty in that situation.
