I have an older version of this set and it's been through quite a bit in what I would assume is nearing 20 years old. I wouldn't hesitate to buy at this price.

I have an older set, probably about eight years old, one step down from this in terms of tool count/assortment.

It's been an outstanding set. I'd buy Husky branded sockets anytime.

IMHO, all the European and Asian cars and most domestic cars are using metrics.

Can these be used with powered impact wrenches? Or are these not impact rated

There was that period when GM and ford used both, fun times.

The Description is deceiving, this set has both Standard and Metric sizes.

Pretty much any vehicle regardless of country of origin from 1986 on uses Metric Fasteners exclusively.

Harley Davidson has been a mix of metric and standard since the early 2000s with more and more metric fasteners on their bikes.

Looks to be a decent set for the money in today's dollars. The lifetime warranty really is no hassle the couple of times I've had to use it.

These are not impact rated! They will shatter on you, don't do it. If you are an occasional impact wrench user, I've found Harbor Freight impact sockets to be perfectly fine. However, if you are after super heavy duty or everyday use, you are going to need to spend some real money and get a good set. I have a GearWrench set that is probably in the middle, but I've found it to be near bulletproof for what I do which is mild use.

This is a good set with a most complete assortment from 5mm to 19mm for metric at a great price.I would not use these on impact wrenches however.
