Yeah, looks like BS. I don't even know that I need an AI to determine my wireless usage.

The marketing is BS but the $20 plan is competitive. Might be worth trying if you already use something like Google Voice since there is no risk. If it doesn't work, switch to another provider. Haven't found an equally cheap unlimited plan at the $20 price.

Yes usually first people don't have much to loose, it's when they try to sell yearly prepaid plans within one or two years of operation I would be careful. When mint offered 10yr plan as one of the "specials" that beat all records I think.
There was one company I think like 5yr ago that went pretty high in their pyramid of cheap monthly plans until it all collapsed and majority had to switch to FreedomPop or Ting to keep their important numbers from disappearing, forgot the name though already.

Anyone happen to know if the 5G is mmWave (UltraWide or Ultra Capacity) or if it's just regular nationwide 5G?

Couldn't find the info on a cursory glance of the mobile website.

In my area, 5GUW (with mmWave) on Verizon downloads at about 150 Mbps while regular 5G bandwidth is about 30 Mbps.

For T-Mobile, 5GUC mmWave downloads really close to 200 Mbps, but is somewhat unreliable at regular 5G, though I get slightly higher 35 Mbps bandwidth, with regular disconnects while streaming.

AT&T doesn't have mmWave, I don't think, but it has some sort of service called 5G+. I think with theoretical minimum of 50 Mbps.

For the most part, doesn't matter too much except considering paying about $25/line at US Mobile which includes 40GBs of 5G mmWave with Verizon, but would have to maintain 3 lines and some family members just don't use that much data. Just considering any alternatives in the same price range.

The key with MVNO's is their customer service and how well the service works.

1) Customer Service - Some MVNO's don't have customer service on weekends or take hours to answer the phone which is of no use to you if your phone isn't working properly.

2) Just because an MVNO is on Verizon doesn't mean they will all work the same. For example, when I had RedPocket Verizon my phone would constantly have no signal even though it was right next to my sisters phone which had Net10 Verizon and had a 4 bars.
