If someone doesn't eat the whole bag in one sitting ( you shouldn't) then it averages to 7grams per serving. And it's non gmo and gluten free. So a better option than the Doritos I just annihilated for lunch.

I like using granola (very small amounts) on my oatmeal or cereal. That way I get some good crunch with less calories.

Sure, but these are small bags to use as toppings, not as a meal. The pictures all show it on top of a bowl of yogurt, for example. You can very easily just use the serving size. The person implying you can't use 2oz or stay under 7g of sugar is wrong to pretend it's a cereal.
