The only drawback is the sink. Because of the shape of the sink, a small bit of water does pool in front of and behind the drain because its flat/ level in those area. We have a faucet that is a little pressured so the shallow sink does cause splashing.

worst thing you can get for a home and even worse for a rental.

there is no lip/overhang of the countertop material.
combine that with the base being particle board (and fronts mdf), any moisture(even cleaning) gets sucked into the particle board/mdf and swells, then the paint fails.

edit: Oh, and the other crappy thing is that the drawers aren't full-depth. It's bad enough that they're an inch to two inches shallower, but then there's two or more inches between the back of the drawer and the wall. I'm assuming it's just in case people need to run plumbing behind there, so again... custom.
