since you have to use the $5GC for a future purchase (and not sure if the $5 bonus works as a coupon or a GC) it may be more like you are getting $2.50 off this meal and $2.50 off next meal, assuming you come back again before end of month when it expires

For those wondering, a plate bundle appears to be around $13 (it's $13.80 here in LA). The $5 GC puts it around the price of a bowl which is $8.40 here. It looks like you can use gift cards (for those who got the Costco $100 for $80 GC's) at checkout (or at least it allowed me to apply my $11 GC and pay the rest with a CC).

Did you test this in-store or online?

Online the BOGO coupon cannot be used on the Plate Bundle. But you can order the following:

2 Plates
1 Plate Bundle* (1 Plate, 1 Small Appetizer, 1 Medium Fountain Drink) *For online orders, must purchase the pre-defined 'Plate Bundle' menu item to qualify for the $5 bonus card

And use the BOGO and still receive the $5 bonus for ordering the Plate Bundle.

The question is: in-store can you purchase the 'Plate Bundle' separately and not pre-defined, so you end up buying only 2 plates, 1 Small Appetizer, 1 Medium Fountain Drink then use the BOGO and still receive the $5 bonus for ordering the Plate Bundle?

Anyone getting error where they are asking for step 4 but there is no step 4? (I'm assuming it's the drink choice but there is no step 4 at the bottom)

Yea, the only way out is to pick another drink. Bottled coke is 10cents more.

How quickly did you guys get the coupon?

I usually make 2 orders to get dinner for my parents and my family and use 2x BOGO coupons. Can i make the plate order then a few minutes later use the coupon on second order?

My plan was also to place two orders to pick up an hour later, hoping I could get the $5 coupon after placing the 1st one & apply to the 2nd one. Haven't received the coupon and it's been over 30 minutes, so maybe the coupon is only sent after you pick up the food (or the coupon generation system is just backed up).
