Target in store. Extreme YMMV!

The store I just grabbed this from doesn't even list these as sold in store on the website.

Good luck!

Does target normally have a section for just clearance?

I got one thanks. Definitely ymmv, went to one that didn't have any, then another that had one, but it was at $65. Had to price match with the previous store I went to.

This was in with all the other sodastreams. No special signage just the yellow clearance tag over the standard price tag.

$38.99 for white and $64.99 for black in my area. Is there any way for me to get black from a different location once the white is purchased?

Does anyone have an approach for getting CO2 canisters on the cheap? I've watched them slowly rise in cost, to the degree that buying bottled seltzer in store is almost becoming comparable

There are third party services to exchange them such as Soda Sense that are slightly more cost effective than Soda Stream's exchange service. After some research, I learned that the best and most affordable way is to refill it yourself if you plan to keep the soda stream for the long term. The initial cost is high. You'll need to buy a large CO2 tank and the proper connectors etc. it'll cost you between $100-250 depending on the size and quality of the tank. The adapters can easily be found on Amazon for $35 or less. Filling the tank with co2 at a local hardware store is cheap and it'll basically bring you cost down to about $1-$2 per refill. Offer it as a service to your friends and neighbors for a small fee and you can eventually get your initial investment back. Just make sure you learn how to use those tanks though. Can be dangerous if mishandled.

Thank you, appreciate this input. I do have a 20lb CO2 tank, so good to go there (though my partner is not supportive of having a tank with compressed gas in our household). I digress.

I've heard various opinions about the most cost efficient way to get it filled. Do you have a reliable store or chain that you go to to refill yours?

Do you mean $1-$2 per refill of the SodaStream gas bottle ?

Target website says available at my locations for $129.99 but I've found unlisted clearance items in store before.
