Eligibility: Contest is open only to the first 250,000 entrants who are legal U.S. residents of the (48) contiguous United States (excluding residents of Alaska and Hawaii), age 21 or older as of date of entry, and have a valid U.S. driver's license or government issued photo ID

Timing: Contest registration is scheduled to begin at 12:00:01am ET on 2/24/2023 and end at 12:00:00pm (noon) ET on 3/16/2023 prior to the start of the first game in the first round of the designated tournament (the "Registration Period"). The Grand Prize Contest is scheduled to occur between 3/16/2023 – 4/3/2023 during the designated 2023 Men's College Basketball Tournament.

Prizes:

Bracket Challenge Grand Prize: The winner will win a $40,000 cash prize.

Bracket Challenge 1st Place Overall Bracket Champion: A trip for 2 to 1 of the following destination (ARV: $5,000):

Trip for 2 to Las Vegas, NV to attend the Hooters 40th Anniversary Swimsuit Pageant;
Trip for 2 to Clearwater, FL to attend the Hooters 40th Anniversary Bash;
Trip for 2 to Cancun, Mexico;
Trip for 2 to Dublin, Ireland.

Bracket Challenge 1st Place by Location Prize Award: The winner will win a $40 Hooters gift card.

Hooters 40th Anniversary Bracket Challenge Texas Prize Award: The winner will win a $500 gift card, a $1,000 Stubhub.com gift card towards tickets to a game or event of the winner's choice, a $100 Hooters gift card, 1-night standard hotel accommodations (double occupancy) on 4/3/2023 in the Houston, TX metro area.

Hooters 40th Anniversary App Prize: The winner will win $4,000.
