Walmart.com no longer qualifies for this offer!

Even though there is nothing clear on their website (the opposite in fact), SOPUS has pulled Walmart.com as a qualifying purchase source. I filled out all requisite forms and submitted all proofs, including screenshots of requirements for purchasing online, and this was the response I received today (June 20, 2023):

Walmart in-store purchases are acceptable. Walmart.com was removed from the list of participating locations.

Just a heads up, the link for NAPA in the OP post shows a separate $10 rebate and products for regular Pennzoil full synthetic oil, it does not look like the Pennzoil Platinum rebate will apply to them.

Pennzoil has a bad track record with denying valid rebates. None of mine were accepted last time. Check last year's post & lots of other people who had issues

I've noticed that the Ultra 5W-30 (what I usually buy) is routinely sold out on amazon and/or only sold at a huge markup by a third-party seller. Walmart appears to be price gouging by offering a price of $44.80 [walmart.com] which is super annoying. Other varieties like the 5W-20 are available for $33.11 [walmart.com] which is more reasonable, but they all used to be $29.99 just a few months ago. Last year they were $24.99!

Pennzoil Platinum 0w20 is $26.44 at Walmart vs $24 on Amazon. Amazon isn't on the eligible retailer list. Will Walmart price match in-store purchases?

Ultra platinum is still eligible. However, why is 5w30 is oddly expensive compared to other variances.

No, the $10 shell card is a separate offer for buying 5-quarts (not 10).

Can't find any decent pricing on ultra 0w-40. Amazon is around $8.50/qt. Napa wants $15 and Walmart wants $13.
