Good point, I think the higher cost brands do have a better AC inverter efficiency closer to 85% rather than a pretty lousy 63%, which makes this more comparable to a 450wh unit for those using just the AC output. From other reviews the DC / USB efficiency seems much better, and this price is pretty comparable with non-generic 450wh LifePo4 power stations, and the added weight vs the added juice for charging your laptop or phone via USB might be a trade off that makes this better or worse for some depending on how much they use AC power vs other outputs

I been using this unit to power my 12v fridge, cpap machine, led lights, and usb devices in my camper van. Worked well so far. Charging this Rockspal from the carport only get like 55watt, solar is maxed at 115watt in and the power brick that comes with the Rockspal is 100watt. compared this to the Bluetti EB55 that I also have, this Rockspal charges slower in every way. I end up just using it for non essential now. LED lights, 12v fans, and my various devices. This normally goes for $300 after two coupons. $250 is pretty slick if you don't care about the AC efficiency issue mention above.

Even with the bad AC efficiency this is a pretty hot deal. Something like the Ecoflow River 2 has like 200Wh usable and the best price on that has been like $180

Yeah im confused sometimes on power station deals. The big brands seem to get a lot more traction despite other deals being better price per watt hour
