Samsung TV shipping delays?

Has anyone been having issues with receiving a TV from Samsung? I ordered a 85" Class QN90B on 2/16/23.
The keep emailing the same message:
"Unfortunately, one or more of the items in your order are delayed. Once available, we will send you an e-mail with directions to reschedule your agsystems delivery appointment."

Was it supposed to be delivered " white glove" where they bring it inside and unbox or just drop it off like UPS?
