I look at damn near every label these days and EVERYTHING has sunflower oil in it. Protein powders, soups, protein bars, random drinks, marinade, vegetable mixes, etc. I'm not sure what the hell is going on but if you want to avoid sunflower oil, you basically have to eliminate 90% of food for sale now. It's insane.
