Nutritional value hacks? The carbs don't add up correctly even if you subscribe to the alcohol sugars and dietary fiber doesn't count towards carbs.

The chocolate mint cookie is the best flavor to me. Got 4 boxes for 11 dollars through amazon warehouse the other day.

A bit concerned about sugar alcohols after the recent research indicating erythritol is linked to cardiac events. This one has malitol which is linked to me stinking up the house with stank ass farts and diarrhea though.

I second this. I kinda shrug off most sugar alcohol complaints but maltitol is where I drawn the line. It's one of the first "fake" sugars they've created and is documents for the gas and poopies. Also, even though the FDA classifies it as zero calories, it still increases your sugar levels to about 60% of regular sugar. It has a glycemic index still. Other fake ones are 0%. So it's better than sugar but not as good as others

#1 ingredient is maltitol syrup - google it. Can cause serious gastric discomfort and diarrhea.
