The 10' spinning rod is actually pretty tempting but I can't do it. I already have multiple rods in that range and I rarely ever fish these days. That 6-12lb rating sounds about right for light-line surf fishing SoCal though Wink

Was just thinking about the perfect rod for reds in Florida. God forbid it takes a shark on tho.
