I bought a cheaper Graco similar to this and hate every time I need to take it out and re-install due to it being a teether hook versus latch. If you never take them out then it is not an issue, but between travel and switching cars I regret saving the $50.

I've been tracking this exact car seat for the past month, pulled the trigger on it last week at the same price. It's been at $105 the entire time, so not sure how this made front page, didn't think it's a 'hot deal', bought mainly out of necessity. Either way, thanks OP, I'll drop a review when it arrives later today.

I bought a cheaper Graco similar to this and hate every time I need to take it out and re-install due to it being a teether hook versus latch. If you never take them out then it is not an issue, but between travel and switching cars I regret saving the $50.

I've been tracking this exact car seat for the past month, pulled the trigger on it last week at the same price. It's been at $105 the entire time, so not sure how this made front page, didn't think it's a 'hot deal', bought mainly out of necessity. Either way, thanks OP, I'll drop a review when it arrives later today.

I need to look up the difference between Contender Go, Slim, and 65 models. Looks like this model is only sold through Graco directly? Can't find it on Amazon or Target

do you mean that this is a press hook type vs a seat-belt type push button latch?

if so, i agree that those press hooks always seem to pinch my fingers when i'm removing

Yeah the red push buttons versus hooks really do make it easier. Not a biggie for me though because I only take it out for cleaning.
