I saw the price and was like "This ain't a deal" and popped over to the Safeway app. MSRP is like $3.29 on these (which, lets be real, is still ridiculous for primarily: sugar, flour, cocoa).
Now, that said, I see these cake/brownie/cookie/muffin mixes EVERYTIME I stop by Grocery Outlet for $0.99-$1.99, sometimes even 3/$1. Those who shop at GO need no heads up, but if you've never stopped in, have one near you and aren't too dead-set on a very specific mix I'd suggest GO for stuff like this deal.
But, for those who can't wait for a $0.99-$1.25 deal at a major grocery store and want a specific mix, then this deal ain't too bad in current economic conditions I guess.
Not trying to come off as "elite", just in awe at this products msrp these days.
