1200TB with only a 3 year warranty? I assumed it would last quite a while. What am I missing?

This or $95 Kingston NV2? Team Group seems to have better read / write speed on paper.

To keep prices low, cut warranty lengths is pretty common practice. iPhone only comes with one year warranty, don't you still expect it to last quite a while?
Except iPhones doesn't keep prices low, all about profits lol

It is below the PS5 recommended speeds but will technically work in it and probably without issue. As long as it's a pcie 4.0 drive, the PlayStation will recognize it and work. You'll want to get a heat sink for it if you plan to install it in the PS5.

Yes. SSD prices have fallen dramatically. It's a similar story for all computer parts, but flash trades like a commodity and so an oversupply dramatically lowers prices. Spot prices on NAND flash have fallen ~50% in the last year, so it makes sense that we're seeing a similar trend on the end-product.

It does not meet the specs required by Sony for the ps5. Yes as others keep saying it will technically fit in the machine and run just slower than Sony recommends. Sony is just starting to focus on optimizing games for the ps5. We do not know if future games will have issues using these slower ssd. Keep in mind this while making this purchase. You may need to buy a faster one when games become more demanding as this generation continues on.
