Is the 3y warranty standard? Or need to chat with rep?

You will need to chat for the $200 rebate and confirm the 3 year warranty at the same time. They probably will let you know about the warranty upfront though.

Is this instant rebate? Or takes 8 weeks to get the rebate later?

I got a 3 year warranty, and looking at comments from other people, seems like they got it too. Try and speak with them to get a 3 year warranty.

I live about 15 minutes from Abt and they are hands down the best retailer for electronics, appliances and basically anything they sell. Their service is second to none. Buy with confidence from them.

While placing order, you will be paying for 'the price of the tv plus taxes minus rebate = Total'.
