Good deal but I'll warn the last "elite series 2" Amazon sent me was a used turtle beach in an open box, it was a hassle to get a refund, they kept asking me to return the "original item" , I returned what they sent. I'd price match elsewhere on this one!

Pretty sure they do. I got one recently and still get stuck A button. It only registers button presses maybe 80% of the time. A bit annoying but haven't bothered to file warranty claim.

Some people have weird experiences. Out of 1000+ packages between 3-4 people in 5 years never had a wrong thing sent

They are amazing and well worth the price even if you have to send it in to get fixed in 10 months for stick drift. May Sounds foolish but I make enough money now and gaming is "important" enough to me that'd I'd be happy to replace this every year if need be. I can't even use a normal controller anymore when I go to a friend's house randomly

Wish they would change and/or improve on the design of the analog sticks to increase durability. It seems like there's around a 25 percent chance to get stick-drift within 6 to 10 months.

I just got this from target for $115.. like it a lot so far. Can anyone recommend an accesory kit that is quality, but cheaper than microsofts? I dont need a case.

Just a heads up with this controller. I was able to get 2x from the previous Verizon deal when it was $65. I'm currently using them with my gaming PC and wireless Xbox dongle. Both controllers will disconnect for a min or so, and then reconnect. Somewhat annoying, but I have to troubleshoot further. I don't know if it's a recent update that killed my connectivity or if it's the controllers. If the problem persists, I'll have to reach out to Microsoft.

Stay away from these. Had to return several with common issues out of the box (A button, shoulder button). Finally got one that worked at first and developed the shoulder button issues outside of warranty.

Nothing I've seen indicates that they've fixed the manufacturing issues.

I dont understand how people have all these issues. I have 4 elites. 3 black 1 white. 2 of my black ones are from the original elite bundles from 2015. All 4 still work flawlessly. Are you guys just extremely rough with these ?
