They won't match the $800 price from the previous deal though so I don't know if I'm going to jump on this or not yet.
Edit: regardless of the answer, still on the fence. I don't need this now so I'm wondering if it will drop lower when the Q990C comes out next month.

lol I know what you mean. Last year I placed an order for a 75" Samsung QN90A TV after waffling around for a while on whether to buy or not. literally the day after mine got delivered the price dropped $500 more
If I buy this today, we're guaranteed to see this soundbar show up for like $650 next week......
1) Got chat to cut 10% off by literally just flat out asking them for a 10% discount, they set up a new cart
2) I applied the PayPal 13% deal as well through PayPal (saved offer to my deals section in PayPal prior to making the purchase)
Purchase worked fine, and about 10 minutes later, i also got confirmation email from PayPal (it was delayed a little bit, not instant) telling me that I now have over 12,000 pending rewards points (which translate into a value of 1 cent each for cashing them out later).
Just an FYI to people who don't do these PayPal Deals often, they show as pending for a LONG time before you get them - 60-90 days usually before they move from pending to your account. So don't expect a quick refund on those points!

Just checkout via Paypal to get the cashback. This means you can potentially click through another CB portal for additional CB.
Any major difference between the 990B and the 990C?

Same boat as me. I didn't really need it. I already have an LG 5.1 system that I'm okay with and was waiting for the $800 price point again. With the 13% and 10% extra, it brings the price in line with the $800 price point. You just won't see your cashback from PP for a few months though.
The real slick deal would be if Samsung DOES drop the price of this down to $800 within the next 2 weeks. I think Samsung is fairly good about refunding the difference on a price drop so we may be able to see something like:
$945 (after 10% discount through chat)
-$132 (13% back from PP which includes the tax you paid)
-$145 (price adjustment from Samsung if it drops to $800. They won't know you got the 13% from PP)
Making this around $668 + tax.
I have personally compared this with my friend's sonos arc+sub setup.
Sonos is good for music, but if you watch movies a lot this system is great.
Sonos sub is pinchier, base feels a bit better.
But the difference in price at this point is not in favor of sonos.
Get this system for dolby armos content, it's worth the price even at 1050

Try asking for a refund in chat? They seem good about it from past experiences.
