Pretty decent Deal. @Dr.Wajahat, you my want to mention USB4 support in one of the USB-C ports which got enabled after last year's June or July BIOS Update. Lenovo Psref page for this series also mentioned the same.

Not a 5"i", just "5". Please update title.
(The "i" designates having an Intel processor, this has AMD.)

I'm going to go on a limb and assume 95% of the time an external monitor will be hooked up to this for most people and the times they do need it to function as a portable they can deal with the dim screen.

That being said if your use case is 100% mobile I would advise to go for a laptop with a Oled or something much better and brighter.

300 nits is good, color gamut, response, all good. The cheap 1080 screens that come on budget gaming laptops are much worse.

It is equivalent to Thunderbolt 3/4 and basically the generic specification which can be implemented by any SOC manufacturers. The advantage is that it will support most newer Thunderbolt accessories like Thunderbolt Docks or external GPU docks, enabling AM plat form to have similar capbilities which was only available to Intel platforms in Windows earlier.

I would assume more like 5% of the time an external monitor will be hooked up to this for most people.
