Yeah I hate (at my airport):
Largest selection of destinations by an insanely huge margin.
Best on time performance.
Always on a 737, never a regional jet nor turbo prop.
2 free checked bags per passenger.
Same day flight changes for a-list.

Yeah, southwest really is the worst...

Southwest isn't good for me because I have anxiety around flying and the boarding process + no assigned seats makes my heart rate rocket. I will still fly them if they are majorly cheaper, but early bird only eases my mind so much. Yay claustrophobia!

Got the companion pass on Friday and had already booked flights in February for the future. I set the companion on the website and then called in asking to refund the points I had used on the new companion. Done in 10 minutes.
