If you shop at BBY a lot, TTS is an easy decision. Sort of like having to buy a Costco membership before you can shop there. If you don't, it's probably not worth it.

From what you listed it doesn't sound like a bad deal. Just like the Prime price increases over the years with benefits getting reduced (prime music) I have my popcorn ready for when it implodes either due those benefits getting stripped or the price inching it's way up. I mean they already stripped same day shipping and the rewards now requiring their credit card.
