While the previous front page deal is dead, They have a new deal [53.com] where if you open a new account, fund it within 45 days, and make an ACH (Direct) deposit within 90 days, you will receive a $275 bonus. Not quite as good as the previous deal, but still not too shabby.
Also note that like the previous deal, it is most likely specific to certain states: Ohio, Kentucky, Indiana, Michigan, Illinois, Florida, Tennessee, West Virginia, Georgia, North Carolina, and South Carolina only. I wasn't able to find anything about this on their site, but if you get a code for the offer, it will inform you once you put in your zip code if you can open the account online or indicate that you need to visit a "nearby" branch. For example, if you indicate that you're in Pennsylvania, the branches that will appear are all in Ohio.
