Thats a great deal. I just bought the M-series 5.1 system refurb for from Vizio ebay store for $200 but came with a 2 yr warranty

Got this exact sound bar for 199 at Sam's 5 months ago new...returned it over the constant audio delay after pausing, ff, rewinding tv and no sound for 3-5 seconds , it did sound good for the price but that delay drove me nuts.

Yep, I bought this 5.1.2 model a while back from Costco. The sound that comes out of this is great, but not without its flaws. Audio delay and sometimes the audio doesn't even come out!
Could also never get the sound to be balanced. Like action scenes are too loud, but speech is too low. I've just learned to live with it. It is good enough and great when it works.

This is infested with bugs. Connectivity issues, chromecast rarely works.

I have the 5.1 version of this. Sub is "subpar" (midrange only), and the unit stopped working after less than a year of use. It is currently residing in a closet until I can figure out how to get rid of it.

I just got it delivered and really regret this decision. I've never received a "refurb" so banged up and barely packed. Equipment is scratched to hell and the mesh speaker grill is ripped in multiple places. I only pulled the trigger because a cashback offer came up that didn't even work. I miss the old woot Frown

I would send that back! I often order refurbs or like new from Woot or Amazon Warehouse and majority of the times it's basically brand new at a fraction of the brand new price. But every now and then I get the most banged up box in the mail and whatever I ordered is falling apart. Thankfully returning is such a breeze now

Has anyone order this yet? I ordered this and just received the box. Pull it out and notice model number printed on the soundbar was M51a-H6 instead of SB36512-F6. Wtf is going on? Should i return it or keep it if cost or quality isnt much different?

Just opened mine this morning, to setup before the kids got up, and it's already boxed up in the garage.

A bunch of things are missing, that are listed on the vizio specs page they link.
- HDMI cable
- rca to 3.5mm cable
- mounting screws
- someone swapped the original vizio speaker cables (the ones with the square connectors) with some thin junk wires.
- wall mounting Brackets ( kind of important )

Contacted woot support hours ago, haven't heard back.


*update
Woot is paying for the return. Went ahead and hooked it up to see if the unit works. It makes a popping noise frequently, and sometimes the voice channel stops out. Bad deal

Mine arrived yesterday. I would not consider this refurb but used. All speakers were banged up. The fabric on the woofer was torn and sewn back together half assed.

The subwoofer and rear speakers did not turn on at all. The sound bar cut in and out (app told me it's not found).

I let woot know last night and haven't heard back.


Has anybody actually received a decent unit in working order?

I received mine but it wasn't even the correct soundbar model. They instead sent me the the wrong soundbar vizio m51a-h6 instead. But so far I'm liking it depsite not having the upfiring satellite speaker. Already contacted them for refund but might just keep it
