1. You cannot schedule cleaning some area/ specific room. The only one option is the whole house.
2. I can't find any replacement parts.
3. The app is slow unresponsive sometimes. Looks like even the robot and the phone are on the same network, the robot and the phone still communicates through samsung server.
4. For some reasons, it recognizes itself at a different place in my house and keep jamming into the wall (once or twice a month)
1. Delete the Samsung app on the phone.
2. Click the SD link, scroll down somewhere in the middle, select the $100 upgrade credit, and add it to the cart.

Edit: You will get the price down to $219(edu)/231 only if you use a Samsung phone. you will see 313/330 if you try on a PC or a non samsung phone. I still see 231 on my Samsung phone, and on iPhone, it shows as $330

Yeah I got mine yesterday, a day after I ordered. I hope yours come soon, very happy with it so far.
Sorry, mine is UPS too, and not FedEx. I have corrected my post. Hope we receive the vacuum soon!
Update: Told me the "team is working on it", and if it doesn't update in the next 3-5 business days contact them for a refund. Not exactly what I wanted to hear.

It's unable to climb even a minor elevation between my hall and living room, it gets stuck on carpets and in the corners, and is mapping rooms incorrectly. Too many issues that I didn't have with my old cheap Eufy.
