If you can't wait for the X13 Gen 4, which is coming quite soon in May and will have several improvements over Gen 2/3, this is a pretty nice deal.
The 5850U has 8 cores, 16 threads.
The RAM is somewhat dated LPDDR4X 4266MHz soldered.
It is Ryzen 5000 series so there is no Microsoft Pluton spy chip.
Downsides:
* Soldered RAM
* Side-vented cooling (Gen 4 will be rear-vented)
* Dark gray (Gen 4 will be deep black)

Linux users note: A major alternative to the X13 will be the Macbook Air 15" which is still expected in April, and presumably Asahi Linux will be ported to it a couple months later.
