For your specific situation, buy pre cut pre washed frozen steamable vegetable packs from grocery stores. For example, Aldi has some really cheap broccoli and brussel sprouts for less than 1.5$ for 12oz. Set the air fryer at bake at 400 with cook time 20, and now rush to cut open the pack and dump frozen veggies, throw in a tsp of extra virgin olive oil, salt, pepper (and any other seasonings of choice like garlic powder or mixed herbs) and toss it well. By now the air fryer is already heated up and time is ticking, lol. Stick the tray in. Take out somewhere at 15 minute mark to toss it around and stick it back in. Enjoy as it is once done or sprinkle some parmesan cheese / lemon juice or any other seasoning or herbs of choice. This is just a template and a lot depends on vegetable used, size of cut, level of doneness desired, crunch vs char, your personal preferences etc. I've roasted broccoli, brussel sprouts, sweet potatoes, zucchini, squash, asparagus, portobello mushrooms, bell peppers, onions, etc in it.

Hope this helps.
Have this (or the previous model, but similar). Love it and use it a lot. Main negative is that it's a PITA to clean.
Woot had these for $53 last week refurb/scratch and dent/what have you.

Showed up brand new with blue tape still sealing it, tiny ding that I would have missed if not looking for

Sure not today's price but guessing decent chance it happens again if not in a rush

This is a great air fryer. Easy to make pizza etc cause it's flat. Folds vertically for storage. Love it!

I ended up lining the bottom of mine with foil and change it out once in a while. It is still a pita to clean out though but use mine all the time as well, great little appliance.

Same complaints. Wish I would have never tried to fry anything in it. Will probably buy a new one eventually though. Use it basically every day!

I got this back when it was a brand new product and paid $179. Completely worth it, great little appliance that we use daily. My main oven died on me one day and outside of tall baking items, everything was prepared using this. In fact I even started toasting bagels in this using the broiler feature - 2 minutes (from cold) and bagel comes out perfectly to my liking or 1-1:20 if already warm oven

I can't clean the top compared to the removable bottom, i think I may just just a new one until my current one dies. Agreed though, great little ovens!

That deal on Woot showed up a couple of times in the past 6 months. I had the same experience - showed up basically new.

Mine is basically new too and I'm pretty happy. I've made french bread pizza and brownies so far and I know I'll use it a ton. I think it's funny that they use toast and bagels as two different functions when adding up 9-in-1 functions.

Most upright toasters with a bagel function only heat up one set of elements so the outside of the bagel doesn't get toasted.

Same principle here.

And yes, the broil function is basically the same thing, only much hotter.

Great deal but i returned it the next day. The machine is too shallow and makes the house too smokey after use. Like others said, the cleaning is terrible. The mesh insert is very hard to clean and despite other sources saying it's dishwasher safe, the manual it comes with says it is not.

I can vouch for this air fryer.

After years of looking for the perfect air fryer, I finally got this few months ago thru this deal - https://slickdeals.net/share/android_app/fp/776758

I got it for net 60$. Or 50$ if you consider kohls cash at face value. I don't - I discount it by a 3rd because using kohls cash doesn't allow coupons and I don't buy anything from kohls unless coupons stack. Had got 20$ cb from chase offer making it slicker.

I don't mind if I paid double of what I did. It is that good.

I prefer the flat tray style over the bucket style. The air flow is much better this way. Anyway if you want something to get cooked evenly, you do want to spread it in single layer. Bucket style may be deep but the area to lay down food is not much.

I use parchment paper on the trays included in order to avoid messes. But overall it is super easy to clean. It looks good on my countertop and looks definitely more expensive than what it is.

The biggest change in our life after getting this is how much more frequently I roast veggies. It is so easy and fast. I used to be reluctant to heat up the big oven for a sheet pan worth of roasted veggies for daily dinners, or then I used to batch roast veggies to justify heating up the oven. Now I do it almost daily in the air fryer. My kids love eating veggies and I'm happy to be able to do it for them regularly and freshly cooked.

Leftover or frozen pizza also gets cooked more evenly in it. Even store bought naan gets perfectly heated up in it. French fries are nicely done too.

I could keep on singing its praises but you get the drift. Buy it, you won't regret it. Plus it being Costco, there's that added peace of mind.

Hope it helps.

Super good deal. I got mine for 150 during Thanksgiving. This thing made me realize how bad my actual oven is.
