Worst configuration. i do not understand why they even build this config like 8GB RAM + 256 SSD.

Only advantage here is great buid Quality.

instead we can buy 2 machines - M1 Air for $799 and just another PC for 300-400$. though M1 Air is same 8 GB + 256 SSD - its much more reliable and usable than Thinkpad.

I've got one of these and it's a beautiful corporate machine but has soldered RAM. I've also got a HP Elitebook 845 G9 from a previous SD that came with 16gb RAM and two slots that was less than half this price. If this this and the HP were the same price, I'd still take the HP.

so many things wrong with this being hot deal, if it had been i7, 16GB, 1TB then it might be lukewarm deal at best at this price.

With intel 5 and 8gb memory, it does a good job for some light games. Heavy games like Witcher 3, GTA 5, and other similar will not well.
