Agreed. Thought about this last month when they ran this deal. Still cheaper than the $899 apple sells it for teachers. A good deal is a good deal. Thanks OP

Not a good deal. $999 for the newer model is worth the $200. Wait for that to come back around.

Not a "steal" price but considering these are being sold on the used market for close to this price this isn't a bad deal if you want brand new.
